Custard apple ice cream
Recipe provided by Restaurante Mar de Plata
- 1/4 liter of condensed milk
- 1/4 Kg of sugar
- 1/2 liter of liquid cream
- 300g custard apple pulp
In a saucepan put the pulp of the custard apple with the sugar and cook over low heat for a few minutes, stirring with a spatula so that it does not get stuck. Then transfer to a metal bowl and add the condensed milk and the liquid cream. Mix all the ingredients well with the mixer. Finally, put in the freezer for half an hour.
You have to repeat this operation 3 or 4 times.
