Kumquat jam


  • 2 tazas de kumquats machacados
  • 1/2 taza de azúcar
  • 1/2 taza de agua
  • Especias como vainilla o canela (opcional)


  1. Place the kumquats, sugar and spices in a saucepan and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until liquid has reduced and thickened.
  3. Place in an airtight container and store in a refrigerator. Use within two weeks.
