- 500 gr of mango pulp
- 200 cl of water
- 200 grams of sugar
Put a saucepan on the fire with 200 cl of water and 200 g of sugar and bring to a boil for a few minutes.
Puree the mango pulp and add it to the saucepan.
Beat it all together and put it in the freezer.
